Robin Gurney Partner, Member of the Board Despite being responsible for altex marketing’s future vision and direction Robin Gurney, still enjoys day-to-day involvement in key client projects, service development and partner & investor relations He started as an internet marketer in the UK in 1997 and since then has been the creative force and director of hundreds of projects for companies in Estonia, Europe, US and Asia. Robin regularly inputs on creative strategy for online advertising campaigns and new website development projects. Birgit Naur Partner, Finance Director Since co-founding altex marketing, Birgit Naur has been responsible for all legal and financial issues as well as assisting with language translations. Birgit has two degrees: in Economics and European Law. In addition to over five years working experience as an accountant she has also served ten years in the Estonian Diplomatic Service. Tõnis Hinnosaar Partner, Member of the Board
Tõnis Hinnosaar runs many of the projects at altex and is especially responsible for measuring the performance of websites and internet advertising campaigns. He is a Google Analytics specialist. He is also heavily involved in the execution of other technical services such as search engine optimisation and digital auditing. He is an experienced consultant and trainer and regularly speaks at internet marketing seminars. Tõnis runs the new Rakvere office where altex is establishing a technical services team. During 2007 Tõnis was acting Managing Director for altex in Estonia whilst Robin established a London operation and focussed on acquisitions and partnerships in the UK market.

Andri Viiand Senior Project Manager Andri is the Senior Project Manager at Altex and he's responsible for managing key client and internal projects - including coordinating altex’s various events. Andri’s wide ranging experiences in E-channels and project management come from 4 years as Web Manager for Estonia's biggest company Eesti Energia where he was responsible for the everyday management and development of Eesti Energia’s web team – which handles more than twenty different websites and intranets in 4 countries. Andri also managed all of the large website and web content development projects. Andri is an experienced teacher -he has given more than hundred trainings on content management, web applications and web analytics. Andri champions Open Software and Open Standards and always ready to share experience and knowledge related to these subjects.

Meelis Ojasild Partner
Meelis Ojasild is the email marketing specialist at altex. He has developed and executed creative strategy for nearly 100 email marketing campaigns in the Baltic region. He regularly offers training and consultancy to companies and individuals who want to improve their use of email marketing. Meelis contributes significantly to constantly improving our Web 2.0 and search engine optimisation services. Meelis is also responsible for the growth of Spindo Club in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Ilmar Mihkelsoo  Internet Marketer, Google AdWords Qualified Individual Ilmar Mihkelsoo work involves evaluating and creating new, and improving existing, Google Adwords campaigns in Estonian and foreign markets. In addition Ilmar gives search engine marketing training and lectures. Maret Kuresoo  Internet Marketer, Google AdWords Qualified Individual Maret Kuresoo started working in marketing over 10 years ago including 6 years with Tele2.
